Intergovernmental Committee for Economic and Labour Force Development in Toronto (ICE)

The membership of ICE includes representatives from the Government of Canada (Industry Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and FedDev Ontario), the Province of Ontario (Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities, Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment & Ministryof Research and Innovation, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration), and the City of Toronto (Economic Development and Culture, Employment and Social Services, and Social Development, Finance and Administration). The committee helps coordinate the economic and labour force development activities of the three orders of government (and the various departments and ministries within each order of government) in Toronto.
